Liquaseal – Surface Waterproofing System
Liquaseal waterproofing sealant has been developed to be used on concrete, masonry, stone, wood, stucco, canvas and other porous substrates to prevent water penetration and the damage that it can cause.
Liquaseal can be used on horizontal, vertical and wear surfaces.
COMPOSITION AND MATERIALS
Liquaseal is a penetrating, permanent waterproofing treatment utilizing a specific silicone rubber. This silicone has been tested in actual use for over 45 years and in every type of climate. No deterioration has been shown from ultraviolet rays, salt and salt spray, acid rain, etc. Samples have been exposed to over 100 hours of weatherometer testing with no effect.
MAINTENANCE
Liquaseal does not require any maintenance and will not yellow or embrittle with age. Simple pressure washing to remove surface dirt is all that is necessary to maintain the natural look provided by the Liquaseal waterproofing product.

LIQUASEAL Functions
ANTI GRAFFITI
Paint does not readily adhere to Liquaseal and generally can be removed by pressure washing. The Liquaseal 12 is the product use for this application.
Limitations
Do not apply on wet or dirty surface. Use VALCON’s GELTEKK cleaner for surface preparation where dirt or greasy films are present. Use as supplied with no dilution or additives. Container should always be shaken or stirred before use. Protect all adjacent surfaces from over spray or application. Do not apply in inclement weather or within 2-3 hour of impending rain.
APPLICATION
1. Shake container
2. Apply with brush roller or spray. On vertical walls apply from the top down flooding the prepared surface.
Drying time will change significantly with temperature and humidity.

Available in 1 gallon cans, 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums.
